Add a second line item for the extra hours or work beyond what the retainer covers, alongside the fixed retainer-fee line.
Can I reuse this every month?
There's no saved-template feature. Just fill it in fresh each period, or keep a copy of your entries to paste back in next time.
Does it support GST on the retainer fee?
Yes. Enter a GST rate and totals compute automatically, same as any other line-item invoice.
Can I show unused hours carried over to next month?
There's no automatic carryover calculation. Note any carried-over balance manually as its own line item or in the notes field.
