How do I represent hours worked?
Use the "Qty" column for the number of hours on each task, and "Rate" for your hourly rate. The amount computes as hours × rate.
Can I show multiple tasks with different rates?
Yes. Add one line item per task, each with its own description, hours, and rate.
Can I round hours to the nearest quarter or half hour?
Enter whatever value you'd like in the Qty field. The tool doesn't force rounding, so you control the precision.
Does it support a different rate for overtime hours?
Yes. Add a separate line item with its own rate for any hours billed at a different rate.
Can I add my logo and payment details?
Yes. A logo can be uploaded, and payment instructions can go in the notes field.
