Frequently asked
Is a quotation legally binding?
Not on its own. It's an estimate, not a contract. It becomes a commitment once the client accepts and you convert it into an invoice or purchase order.
Why does it need a "valid until" date?
Prices, availability, and costs change. A validity date protects you from being held to an old quote after conditions have shifted.
