How is the bitrate calculated?
Estimated from the file's total size divided by its duration — an average across the whole clip, not the container's own encoded bitrate value (which isn't exposed to web pages), so it can differ slightly from what an editor like Premiere or DaVinci reports.
Why does "has audio" sometimes say No for a file I know has sound?
Some browsers don't expose a reliable way to check for an audio track before playback starts, so this defaults to Yes when it genuinely can't tell — a No is a real signal, but a Yes is not a 100% guarantee.
